A space-release record across three snapshots
Morning forecast, released stock, and confirmed tender remain separate across three snapshots, giving each allocation change a traceable time.
Keep each snapshot
The route starts with a 18-tonne plan. Snapshots at 08:00, 12:00, 16:00 retain confirmed tender, stock released but not yet tendered, and forecast-only volume.
Later updates do not overwrite the morning record. A planner can see whether the gap came from cancellation, delayed release or an incomplete scan.
Review the reserve
The initial reserve is 15%. At 12:00, it comes under review if confirmed volume has not followed the plan.
At 16:00, 2.4 tonnes are reassigned to another confirmed shipment in this example. The original booking remains open for a later departure.
Do not release while the next fact is missing
A confirmed warehouse release without a terminal scan, an unresolved connection delay or no capacity on the nearby departure keeps the reserve in place.
The allocation change is not presented as revenue, service performance or a real commercial outcome.
